Julia is a Registered Psychotherapist in Ontario with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology. She has over twelve years of experience in providing mental health counselling care including in community, hospital, residential, school, private, and virtual treatment settings. Julia is focused on assisting individuals with their mental health goals and providing them with the tools to cope with life challenges they may face.

These include: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), informed Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), exposure and response prevention (ERP) methods, trauma informed counselling, psychoeducational and solution focused approaches.
