Counselling can help with struggles you are facing whether it be excessive worries, sadness, relationship troubles, problems with alcohol/drugs, loss of a loved one, or anything else that may be causing you distress or impacting your functioning at school, work or even social activities.
Counselling Services are provided by a Psychotherapist or Social Worker. We are focused on assisting you with your mental health related goals and providing you with the tools to cope with the life challenges that you may be experiencing. Approaches to counselling are client centered, trauma informed and incorporates strengths-based care.

Online Parent Consultation Sessions (for caregivers of youth 16+ in Ontario)
Our Approaches
Approaches are based on best fit and client’s preference which may include but are not limited to: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), informed Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention techniques (ERP), Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT), psychoeducational and solution focused therapy (SFT).
